Responsibilities:

• Assist in the study, design, and management of Microsoft Active Directory server infrastructures
• Support the lifecycle of IT systems, including planning, deployment, maintenance, and documentation
• Contribute to feasibility studies, operational support, and vendor equipment lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for server environments across various customer setups
• Draft software engineering proposals detailing project objectives, requirements, and costs
• Participate in meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to work onsite in Rome and travel internationally
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Windows Server environments
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure operations and support
