Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply‑chain processes.
- Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.
- Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply‑chain activities across regions and business units.
- Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related).
- 6‑10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations.
- Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision‑making and process improvement.
- Excellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions.
- Highly self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good stakeholder management skills, strong communication and relationship‑building skills with internal teams and external suppliers.
