Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional projects aimed at transforming procurement and supply‑chain processes.
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and process optimization.
  • Drive and implement standardization of procurement and supply‑chain activities across regions and business units.
  • Manage and enhance operational collaboration with key suppliers to ensure performance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders within a matrix organization to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering, Economics, or related).
  • 6‑10 years of professional experience within structured, complex organizations.
  • Proven experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain, ideally within the Retail sector.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization and coordinate diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong curiosity and willingness to explore new approaches and solutions.
  • Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage information for decision‑making and process improvement.
  • Excellent ability to connect information, insights, and relationships across teams and functions.
