The ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in Windows, Mac, or Linux OS support and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include managing support requests across various channels, documenting interactions, and maintaining high productivity standards. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends, in a dynamic environment focused on customer service.
