The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property law, strong knowledge of Italian and EU regulations, and is fluent in English. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to manage multiple priorities, contributing to an inclusive environment that values diversity.

Competenze

• 4-5 years in Intellectual Property law firms or in-house IP department, focusing on medical devices.
• Good knowledge of Italian and European Laws.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
