A global clinical research organization is seeking a Clinical Start-up Manager to lead cross-functional project teams for studies in the start-up phase. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience within a CRO and possess a Bachelor's degree in life sciences. Strong leadership and communication skills in fluent English are essential. This home-based role is based in Italy, focusing on ensuring compliance with clinical practices and monitoring timelines and budgets.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years experience as Clinical Start up Manager within a CRO.
• Experience in commercial studies in start up stage.
• Experience in clinical studies phase II-III.
