Your Opportunity

The PR & Event Specialist will join the Marketing & Communication Team at our Milan office and will be responsible for the operational management of events and public relations activities, ensuring flawless execution aligned with the brand’s luxury identity. This role will work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product) as well as external partners and suppliers, guaranteeing high-quality standards and meticulous attention to detail.

How you will contribute
Events
  • End‑to‑end management of event organization with an operational focus.
  • Selection and coordination of venues, suppliers, and involved partners.
  • Handling the logistics and movement of products intended for events.
  • Managing every aspect of the event experience, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury positioning and aesthetics.
  • Coordination with the Marketing team for planning and budget control.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies when required.
  • Serving as the point of contact with the Product team for gifting activities and development of event‑specific products.
Public Relations
  • Sending and managing press materials to agencies and media outlets.
  • Drafting and updating the weekly press clipping.
  • Managing product logistics for photo shoots and editorials.
  • Coordinating the distribution of internally produced content and assets (seeding).
  • Managing gifting activities, including collecting company requirements for special occasions.
Partnerships & Reporting
  • Handling partner requests (hotels, venues, etc.) for both events and PR activities.
  • Monitoring media coverage and analysing ROI of activities, proposing improvement actions.
  • Coordinating premium suppliers and partners, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Supporting the integrated communication strategy, with a focus on storytelling and enhancing brand heritage.
Who you are
  • Degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of experience in PR and event management, preferably within luxury, design, or hospitality environments.
  • Knowledge of the media and influencer landscape in the home & lifestyle sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Elegance, aesthetic sensitivity, and affinity with the luxury world.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build networks and long‑term relationships.
  • Creativity, problem‑solving skills, and a proactive approach.
  • Results‑oriented mindset and ability to manage stress effectively.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
