About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our support team for a leading streaming platform. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and contributing to important performance indicators, including Customer Satisfaction (C‑SAT), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer support through multiple channels
  • Diagnose and resolve technical and account‑related issues
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a positive experience
  • Work towards individual and team performance targets
Requirements
  • Native‑level German (minimum C1) and fluency in English
  • Previous experience in customer support (preferably 12+ months in a contact center)
  • Familiarity with BPO KPIs (C‑SAT, NPS, SLAs)
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Technical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
