German Customer Support (Email & Chat) Malta

In this hybrid role you’ll combine the art of helping people with the responsibility of keeping online platforms safe. If you’re detail-oriented, empathetic and eager to learn this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Customer Support (70%)
    • Assist users via email and chat; no phone calls required.
    • Provide helpful, friendly and professional support in German and English.
    • Use the right tools to deliver accurate information and efficient solutions.
  • Content Moderation (30%)
    • Review user content across various apps and marketplaces.
    • Ensure all material follows guidelines and legal requirements.
    • Flag inappropriate content and escalate serious issues using internal systems.
What Were Looking For
  • Fluent in German with good written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • No experience? No problem. If you’re curious, motivated and detail-focused, we’ll train you!
  • A positive mindset and willingness to work rotating shifts (including evenings and weekends).
