Job Type: Full-Time

Seronda Network is a consulting firm focused on operational efficiency. The Front Desk Representative provides exceptional customer service, manages the reception area, and is the first impression of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and respond to customer requests efficiently.
  • Manage appointment schedules and room bookings for guests and staff.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures for guests.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments.
Skills Required
