In this role, you will take ownership of backend and frontend development while directly collaborating with the founders and customers. With a strong emphasis on architectural decisions, product improvements, and team building, this opportunity offers full remote flexibility within Europe or a chance to relocate to Germany.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Experience working in early-stage startups, ideally as a founding or first engineer.
• Strong product mindset focusing on architecture and user experience.
• Hands-on expertise with stack similar to React/TypeScript and Node.js/NestJS.

Mansioni

• Own the product stack, including backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
• Make key architectural decisions and standardize coding practices.
• Engage with customers to enhance product based on their feedback.
• Assist in recruiting, mentoring, and onboarding new engineers.
