GROUP FINANCE CONTROLLER (m/f/d) — INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL GROUP

La Natura Lifestyle International Holding AG is an internationally operating group active in the production and distribution of coffee, tea, and food products. The group operates several production sites in Italy (Fano, Bologna, Monteporzio) and coordinates international sales and holding structures.

To strengthen our group-wide financial governance, we are looking for an experienced Group Finance Controller (m/f/d) who will oversee and control the financial performance of the entire group.

Your Responsibilities

• Group-wide financial controlling and performance monitoring across all subsidiaries
• Preparation, consolidation, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at group and entity level
• Development and monitoring of KPIs, cash flow, margins, and cost structures
• Financial oversight of production sites, including cost accounting and efficiency analysis
• Support of management in strategic decision-making and investment planning
• Coordination with external partners (auditors, tax advisors, banks)
• Further development and standardization of controlling tools, reporting structures, and processes
• Ensuring transparency, accuracy, and consistency of financial data across the group

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an international or industrial group
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation
• Solid understanding of production-related cost structures is an advantage
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with management and operations
• Very good English skills; Italian is a strong advantage
