RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create, process, and execute payments within the bank’s system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee and manage foreign exchange control processes in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reconciliations with service providers and clients to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records.
• Monitor adherence to payment deadlines and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve payment-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular reports on completed payments and reconciliation outcomes.
• Maintain and organize documentation related to all payment transactions in accordance with internal policies and audit requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a bank or within the financial sector.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial operations.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accountability.
• Proven ability to handle large volumes of information while meeting tight deadlines.
• Experience working with payment systems and financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments.
