Your opportunity

We are looking for a Finance Transformation Manager to lead the different finance transformation projects. You will report directly to the Finance Transformation Director and you will be responsible to execute the evolution of the finance together with all the functions impacted (IT, sourcing, HR, etc.). You will lead E2E critical projects about the combination of organizational, processes, models and systems changes to support the evolution of the finance function (accounting, controlling, treasury, etc.). Your role will be to detect the needs, co-define the strategy with the Finance Transformation Director, manage the preparation of the project (analysis, budget, solution identification, vendor selection, etc.), act as a project manager, drive the decision-making and collaborate on the contents, lead the implementation and take care of the change management.

Your Mission

Collaborate on the development of the finance transformation strategy.

Lead Finance Transformation Projects

• Detect a need and address the topic (goals, solutions, approach, etc.).
• Take ultimate ownership of project results, including effective planning and prioritization to ensure successful outcomes.
• Inspire, manage and consolidate business requirements from various business areas and sites, ensuring alignment with all the relevant stakeholders.
• Lead the project team, facilitate discussions among experts and business stakeholders to reach consensus acting also as an active contributor. When necessary, escalate decisions within your authority to ensure timely resolutions.
• Identify, prepare and drive key design decisions that shape the direction of the project.
• Identify and address integration needs between your project and other projects and responsibilities across the Group ensuring seamless collaboration.
• Collaborate with sourcing and IT in order to draft the future digital landscape useful to deploy the solution defined.
• Collaborate with HR in order to draft the organization changes useful to deploy the solution defined.
• Proactively report on project progress, escalating risks and issues to Finance Transformation Director and the Finance Leadership Team to ensure transparency and accountability.

Your Profile

We are looking for a mid-senior professional who embodies strong decision-making skills and has a proven ability to build consensus on process/model design among diverse stakeholders. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding discussions and ensuring that all perspectives are considered in the design process/model.

A solid knowledge in Finance and project management is required. This knowledge should derive from experience as a finance transformation manager or as a PM on different finance transformation initiatives or in a consulting firm as finance consultants.

A good understanding of end-to-end business processes, such as Lead-to-Cash, is essential. Your expertise in business process/model design and optimization will allow you to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Experience with digital implementations as finance referent is desirable, as it will equip you with the knowledge needed to leverage these powerful tools effectively.

You should possess excellent conceptual, analytical, and communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly and engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additionally, you should have a strong capability to lead and motivate mixed teams, including internal staff and integrators. Your ability to foster collaboration and drive results will be key to the success of our projects.
