Partner with the best

The IET Technology and Engineering Finance Analyst is responsible for driving financial management of IET Programs and initiatives with main focus on Gas Technology Equipment and Gas Technology Services.

She/He provides critical financial support to IET Technology and Engineering Leaders in several areas, including financial management of public funding/grants.

This role requires continue interaction, exposure and strong partnership with BH Corporate and IET Controllership and Tax experts.

Team-work approach, collaboration attitude, solution-oriented mindset are required as fundamental traits for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing monthly/quarterly closing and reporting activities for program investments in relation to major Gas Tech legal entities (Nuovo Pignone group and others); works in coordination with multiple stakeholders in Finance and Program Management
  • Cooperates with Global Finance Centers, Controllership, Digital Technology and Blue Print organization to assure ERP governance and consistency with business evolution (Project Accounting, job closing, project opening processes)
  • Serves as one of the main points of reference within the team to enable CFIN and Anaplan adoption and understanding of full capabilities
  • Works as a key partner for Tax, Controllership, IET Technology Management, Auditors in the area of Patent Box analysis, Tax Credit filings and R&D forecast by country
  • Closely collaborates with IET HQ Research and Technology team on all aspects related to public funding/grants globally: planning, dedicated reviews, audit support, quarterly financial closing, coordination with Controllership
  • Provides financial support to IET E&T central investment pool in short/medium term planning, HQ harmonization modelling, closing activities, periodical reporting, preparation of reviews with Senior Leadership
  • Is a key player in cross-functional coordination (Product Leadership, Project Management, Vectors’ Finance, Controllership) to assure accuracy and consistency with SOX requirements in quarterly R&D reporting
