We're working for a Multinational company leader in Infrastructure business who is looking for a Finance Director. The candidate is responsible for the financial leadership of the company, ensuring full alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. This includes managing accounting, financial planning, treasury, and controlling functions while maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting senior management in key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Controlling & Performance Monitoring

• Implement and monitor robust performance management systems
• Prepare regular business reports, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
• Support strategic planning with financial forecasting and scenario analysis

Financial Management

• Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and funding strategies
• Supervise accounts receivable/payable and treasury functions

Accounting & Compliance

• Oversee general accounting, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
• Ensure timely monthly and year-end closings, liaising with auditors
• Ensure adherence to national and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Support

• Lead and develop the Finance team, promoting a performance-driven culture
• Optimize internal processes and financial governance
• Collaborate with all departments to align financial and operational objectives

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting
• Postgraduate or MBA in Finance or Controlling is a strong asset

Experience

• 8–10 years in similar roles within structured or international companies
• Proven expertise in budgeting, financial control, and strategic finance

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Fluent in English.
