A leading biotechnology firm in Campania, Napoli is seeking a candidate to conduct training and support for their automated liquid handling workstation. The ideal applicant will hold a bachelor’s degree in Genetics or Molecular Biology and have experience in a technical field. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining positive customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts through technical presentations. Willingness to travel, including internationally, is required, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Bachelor degree(or above) in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject.
• Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region.
• Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
• Outstanding problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent learning ability and experience working in biomedical instrumentation preferred.

Job Scope

• Conduct the expereiment validation and customer training for Vazyme automated liquid handling workstation.
• Installation and maintenance of Liquid handling workstation, Extractor and qpcr.
• Troubleshoot issues related to instruments and the experiment of automated liquid handling workstation. Perform preliminary on-site failure analysis to identify root cause and feedback to corresponding company department or personnel.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Support sales efforts through technical presentations, customer management or organizing seminar.
• Act as a key contributor of customer feedback to marketing and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree(or above) in Genetics, Molecular Biology or related subject. Sequencing academic / practical background or work experience, such as library preparation or sequencer operation is preferred. Undergraduate with outstanding knowledge and skills is welcomed as well.
• Willingness to travel mainly within the appointed region. For training or occasional special calls, international traveling including China is required.
• Prior field experience supporting customers in a highly technical field preferred.
• Outstanding problem solving and interpersonal skills Demonstrated English written and verbal communication and training / presentation skills.
• Excellent learning ability, experience working in an international company and biomedical instrumentation or technology preferred.
