A leading medical technology company is seeking a Field Service Engineer in Italy to provide exceptional service and support for their medical imaging products. The ideal candidate will have engineering experience, preferably in the medical devices sector, and strong troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include maintenance, repairs, installations, and customer training across North Lombardy and Ticino. Competenze

• Experience in engineering, ideally in a medical device context.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally internationally.
• Experience working in a customer-based environment.

Mansioni

• Conduct maintenance and repairs on company products.
• Install instruments at customer locations.
• Liaise with customer IT departments and assist with installations.
• Support marketing activities at exhibitions.
• Complete administrative tasks including reports and assessments.
• Provide training to customers on product use and maintenance.
