Field Service Engineer – Lazio & Umbria (located in Viterbo area / North Lazio)

We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer who will conduct service, repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. The engineer diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost‑effective solution. Complex issues are escalated to higher levels of technical support or to the quality reporting system. The engineer may develop new customer service/product agreements and responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. In addition, the engineer will utilize critical thinking and analysis to make decisions, solve problems, and implement solutions. Strong communication, listening skills, and empathy with customers, colleagues, and collaborators are required.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferable or a Biotech/Technical/Electronic secondary school diploma; proficient English is mandatory.
• Open to travel; a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
• Able to work autonomously while being a team player.
