Key Responsibilities
- Manage equipment performance and supply of spare parts.
- Implement and guarantee preventive and corrective maintenance within timelines.
- Support troubleshooting activities and fix technical issues on equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues through understanding of software and process data as needed.
- Perform upgrades and retrofits on equipment.
- Ensure that the team applies the correct procedures and checklists for maintenance.
- Implement correct work methodologies and procedures as per company and customer quality standards.
- Anticipate and respond to equipment issues and escalations timely.
- Collaborate and communicate with company stakeholders.
- Participate in internal and customer meetings.
- Assist management in operating the site service business within assigned scope.
- Support field management in establishing and achieving objectives for assigned accounts.
- Inform field management of customer perception of system performance.
- Takes initiative to avoid and resolve customer problems.
- Occasionally initiate projects to drive down costs or increase uptime.
- Work shifts as required.
- Travel flexibility required (≈20%).

Education
- University degree in Engineering with limited experience or ITS – Post Diploma in Factory Automation/Mechatronics.
