Key Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment performance and supply of spare parts.
  • Implement and guarantee preventive and corrective maintenance within timelines.
  • Support troubleshooting activities and fix technical issues on equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware issues through understanding of software and process data as needed.
  • Perform upgrades and retrofits on equipment.
  • Ensure that the team applies the correct procedures and checklists for maintenance.
  • Implement correct work methodologies and procedures as per company and customer quality standards.
  • Anticipate and respond to equipment issues and escalations timely.
  • Collaborate and communicate with company stakeholders.
  • Participate in internal and customer meetings.
  • Assist management in operating the site service business within assigned scope.
  • Support field management in establishing and achieving objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Inform field management of customer perception of system performance.
  • Takes initiative to avoid and resolve customer problems.
  • Occasionally initiate projects to drive down costs or increase uptime.
  • Work shifts as required.
  • Travel flexibility required (≈20%).
