Field Office Assistant – 12‑Month Project (2029)

ESPO Corporation
Location: Naples, TX
Pay range: $23‑25 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine clerical and administrative support to the field office.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and greet visitors.
  • Maintain supplies, equipment, and a reliable filing system.
  • Perform data entry for projects and type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
  • Sort incoming mail, prepare outgoing mailings and labels, and handle e‑mail and fax.
  • Reserve conference rooms and coordinate client, vendor, and supplier presentations, meetings, and interviews, including set‑up and cleanup.
  • Assist with scheduling and set‑up of client interviews, presentations, and other meetings as requested.
  • Order and maintain supplies; update the office calendar.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 1 year applicable office/clerical experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint required.
