Your Impact

  • She/He will propose strategies for the provision of Facility services defining technical specifications in cooperation with the other team members and supporting the manager. She/He will be in charge of budgeting, data sheets and Voci di capitolato (Technical Requirements) with suppliers.
  • She/He will interface with local municipality and the land agency with regard to building, town planning and cadastral activities.
  • She/He will be responsible for updating the technical archive.
  • She/He will interface with external consultants for engineering and design activities in the field of structural calculations, fire prevention, architectural design.
  • She/He identifies and plans the physical condition of all facilities through regular upkeep and CAPEX.

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Geometra, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Management (Management Engineering).
  • 3+ years' experience managing operational budgets and following general accounting principles - strong knowledge about facility management Italian legislation.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Demonstrates strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
