Job Summary

To manage properly all the activities related to F&B Hostess position

What will I be doing?
  • Keeps their work area tidy and clean with all the equipment and supplies required for the service, keeping menus and bill holders in good condition.
  • Participates in briefings at the beginning of each shift to get information on dishes of the day, VIPs, groups, events, and general comments and sharing information.
  • Consistently offers a warm and professional welcome and farewell to guests and customers on arrival and departure, always with an impeccable posture and personal presentation.
  • Greets customers with a nice smile and cordial greeting and leads them to their table.
  • Responsible for taking reservations by phone, accurately noting customer data : name, time booked, number of diners, place where they are staying and telephone number.
  • Ensure the customer's experience and personalise their stay, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations.
