Overview

As a Facility Management Expert, you will be part of Eniservizi. Specifically, your Real Estate & Technical Audit team oversees the Facility Management Area of San Donato Milanese.

Main activities

• Carry out technical inspections aimed at surveying plant assets and detecting their state of consistency and conservation
• Ensure the implementation, by contracted contractors, of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities on the assigned properties
• Ensure that the needs of employees located in buildings within the scope of competence are taken care of and managed
• Manage relationships with a diverse range of external contractors for the provision of building maintenance, plant engineering, cleaning and porterage services, landscaping, environmental analysis, waste disposal, and engineering services
• Ensure the verification of financial offers, progress reports and final accounts of work orders assigned to contractors
• Management of employee moving initiatives
• Management of initiatives for the adaptation/redevelopment of buildings or portions of buildings
• Ensure compliance with regulatory compliance requirements for fire prevention, systems, and HSE

Required characteristics

• High school diploma in a technical field (surveyor, industrial expert, IT)
• At least 3 years of experience in technical management roles, preferably in the management of maintenance activities
• Good knowledge of the English language
