Overview

The role will oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with international standards. This position also plays a key role in process optimization and transformation initiatives across the Italian market. Includes oversight of a team of approximately 10 accounting professionals and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Present key financial insights and balance sheet movements to senior management.
• Act as primary point of contact for banks, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
• Collaborate with operations, business controllers, and international finance teams to improve processes and reporting quality.
• Lead projects to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and automation within the Finance function.
• Proven track record in structuring and optimizing accounting processes.

Qualifications & Skills
