Executive Housekeeper (m/f/d) starting June 2026

Your responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining hygiene and quality standards in rooms and public areas
• Employee management, training and motivation
• Coordination with operating departments, especially front office and maintenance
• Stocking, checking, and inventorying the minibar
• Responsibility for efficient stock management and its control (cleaning materials, hotel linen, and guest supplies)
• Conducting regular inspections to identify defects/damage
• Compliance with and review of the current housekeeping budget and personnel costs for the department (schedule and vacation planning)
• Seasonal decoration of public areas
• Responsibility for the order and cleanliness of the “back of the house” areas and ensuring basic cleaning

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Experience in leading and motivating employees
• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Protel is an advantage
• You impress with your warmth and attention to detail
• Strong inclination towards cleanliness and high quality orientation
• Can-do attitude, hands‑on mentality, and high flexibility
• Team player
• Written and spoken English and Italian, German is advantageous

Compensation is based on the collective agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, with a clear willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
