Amazon Business and Corporate Development invites an Executive Assistant to join a fast‑paced Biz Dev world. You will support the VP of WW Corporate Business Development, gaining exposure to Amazon’s most innovative partnership engagements. Success requires exceptional time management, initiative, independent execution, and a proven ability to deliver outstanding results under pressure. A sense of humor and a strategic business curiosity are highly valued.

You will thrive in an environment that demands attention to detail, tight deadline compliance, efficient organization, and the agility to switch gears at a moment’s notice. Integrity, discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism with senior professionals inside and outside the company are essential. You will complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react urgently to high‑turnaround situations, and take decisive action without full context. Five days a week in office is required.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Effectively and proactively support the Vice President and their organization
  • Complex calendar management
  • Expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate global schedules, travel arrangements, and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings
  • Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time‑sensitive, confidential information and ensure the required action is addressed timely
  • Assist with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events)
  • Invest time into EA team growth and development
About the Team

The Corporate Business Development (CorpBD) team is a centralized business development function that manages Amazon’s most complex and high‑impact partnerships. Innovation drives our team: we improve customer experiences, forge partnerships, strike deals, and drive strategies across a wide span of verticals. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same, this could be the team for you.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience with executive‑level calendar management
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience communicating technical details verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management
  • Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑tech company, or experience at Amazon
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment to keep team members informed
  • Experience in a highly agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
