This includes overseeing road freight transport operations for finished goods, intermediates, semi-finished products, raw materials, and packaging from Ferrero plants, co-packers, and external warehouses towards our industrial and commercial network, or directly to customers.
Covering this position, you will develop weekly shipping plans by analyzing market and plant requirements, stock levels across the industrial network, and production schedules. Your goal will be to ensure optimal service levels through effective transport planning.

Your collaboration with internal and external stakeholders—including customers, warehouses, and production sites—to resolve any transport-related issues that may arise will be key. That is why effective communication will be a fundamental ingredient of your daily activities.
Moreover, you will implement and monitor transportation plans, ensuring timely vehicle arrivals, product availability, and efficient loading operations. It is your responsibility to proactively identify and address carrier-related issues, proposing improvements when necessary.
You will drive transportation KPIs within your area of responsibility. These include vehicle utilization, product storage time, loading punctuality, and transit time. You must ensure cost-effective transport operations through continuous monitoring and control.
In addition, you will identify and propose enhancements to transportation and logistics processes. Your participation in company-wide projects will be essential to improving cost control, service quality, and sustainability. Green logistics and evolution of our IT systems are amongst the key areas in which you will bring your proactive contribution and make the difference!
You will bring your Degree in Engineering, Economics or relaed fields, along with a strong willingness to learn and enthusiasm to contribute to this dynamic and fascinating function.
Your interest in the Supply Chain and Logistics fields, developed through your academic background or recent professional experiences, will help you building a solid starting point in your career.
We will value your analytical thinking and decision-making abilities, and you work independently with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
You have an international mindset, with openness to working across cultures and collaborating in a global environment. Your fluent English will help your everyday activities of interaction with internal and external stakeholders and your knowledge of French or German might be an extra-asset.
