The role involves managing environmental compliance, advising on risks, and developing management systems. Fluent Italian and excellent communication skills are required to succeed in this rapidly growing company.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Environmental Manager. Responsibilities :

• Manage and track compliance with all environmental approvals, licences, and permits relating to the site (e.g. Piano di scavi, construction site water poured into the perimeter canal)
• Provide advice and input into the identification and effective management of environmental risks
• Support the development, implementation and ongoing management of project environmental management systems
• Support the maintenance of comprehensive environmental records (e.g. FIR – Formulario Identificazione Rifiuti, management of excavated earth and rocks (reuse, recycling, etc))
• Liaise with government bodies and professional organisations on environmental matters as required.
• Manage environmental consultants and undertake field monitoring as required.
• Conclusion and submission of required regulatory paperwork
• Drive / manage Environmental (awareness) training for all project personnel (toolbox talks, etc)

• Relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills & ability to collect, organise, and drive conversation
• Able to work on own initiative as well as a team player
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines in an unstructured environment.
• Previous experience at working in multicultural teams.
• Fluent Italian and C1 English
