Competenze

About This Opportunity:

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving Environmental, Health & Safety excellence across a complex industrial plant. He/She will be a member of the plant leadership team, acting as a key partner to the Plant Leader and the Regional EHS organization.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in EHS, industrial hygiene, engineering, or science
• 4–5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with ISO systems and regulatory compliance
• Demonstrated ability to engage employees and build safety culture
• Proven experience in risk reduction projects and action plan execution
• Experience in multinational environments is an advantage

Preferred Experience

• At least 2-3 years’ experience in EHS leader role
• Experience in implementing training programs and SIF programs.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High ethical standards and integrity
• Strong understanding of EHS law, sustainability, and industrial hygiene
• Self-starter with the ability to lead change and drive improvements
• Passion for coaching, collaboration, and team engagement
• Strong communication and influencing skills
