The role involves analyzing and repairing production line failures, supporting optimization in the production department, and performing structural problem-solving. Candidates should have over 5 years of repair experience, especially in display products, along with a college degree in a technical domain.

Competenze

• More than 5 years of electronic products repair experience.
• Able to read PCBA diagram.
• Circuit board welding experience and PCBA repair experience.

Position Description

• Analyzes & repairs production line failure parts so that they get through the repair flow within an acceptable turnaround time.
• Supports the repair technician (sharing technical knowledge, analyses, communication, reporting...) and contributes to optimizing the operation within the production department.
• Independently performs structural problems solving in depth, searching for root cause & solutions
• Formulates own proposals and/or offers solutions to PEI/R&D/QA and communicates these in a structural way
• Regular maintenance failure issues and record failure analysis result in system
• Part of NPI projects in his/her specific domain by giving feedback before FQR.
• Support product quality improvement by knowledge sharing, helping the analysis and reporting.

Education

• College degree and above in technical domain or equal by experience

Experience

• More than 5 years of electronic products repair experience or experience on the activities
• Repair experience of display products are must
• Able to read PCBA diagram, have circuit board welding experience and PCBA repair experience.
• Proficient in analog and digital circuits
• Proficient in multimeter, oscilloscope, electric soldering iron and other tools.
• Knowledge of ISO13485 is a plus.
• Communication skills and teamwork
