A multinational consultancy firm is seeking an Employee Relations & Policies Junior to join its team. This role involves providing guidance on HR policies, supporting program management, and acting as a liaison with Payroll. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in Labor Relations within complex organizations and a Master’s degree in relevant fields. Proficiency in English and knowledge of Italian labor legislation are essential for effectiveness in this role.

  • Experience in handling and resolving employee complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer basic guidance on HR policies and procedures, supporting HR colleagues in understanding and applying internal guidelines
  • Assist in the coordination of activities related to program and change management, promoting communication and collaboration within the team, and supporting Employee Relations (ER) initiatives
  • Act as point of contact with Payroll department and provide operational support for personnel administration matters
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience related in Labor Relations acquired in a multinational company with complex organizations or in a consultancy firm
  • Knowledge of Italian labor legislation, union and works council protocols, Human Resources practices, including handling and resolving employees complaints
  • Master’s degree preferably in legal or economic disciplines
  • Proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
