A global technology company is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to support operations in Spain and Italy. Responsible for providing HR support to senior leaders and aligning HR practices with business goals. The role requires 8+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and fluency in English and local languages. The position offers flexibility and opportunities to drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive HRBP or HR generalist experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting Senior Director level leaders.
• Strong skills in coaching, employee relations, and change management.

Mansioni

• Serve as the HRBP for leaders in Spain and Italy, providing support on people-related matters.
• Advise on employee relations cases and local labor laws.
