A leading machinery manufacturing company in Lonate Pozzolo seeks an EHS Leader. The role involves managing health, safety, and environmental activities, including ISO 14001 and 45001 compliance. Candidates should have 3–5 years of EHS experience, strong English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This full-time position offers a dynamic international working environment, welfare programs, and LinkedIn learning access. The role is fully on-site with occasional travel for training or audits.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in EHS and/or Facility Management.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
• RSPP and Safety Trainer certifications (preferred).

Mansioni

• Manage safety training and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Monitor EHS KPIs and support risk assessment activities.
• Coordinate EHS compliance for contractors (Article 26).
• Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
• Collaborate with the Occupational Health Physician for health surveillance.
• Manage waste and analyze energy consumption for sustainability.
• Lead the Green Team to promote environmental practices.
