The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing exceptional, luxury experiences to guests in world-renowned destinations. Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of the porter team, ensuring excellent and professional service to guests
• Manage the organization and distribution of daily tasks, ensuring all guest requests are met promptly
• Train and motivate the porter staff, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with service standards and operational procedures
• Manage the inventory of equipment and materials necessary for porter/doorman services
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests
• Monitor and maintain workplace safety standards, preventing accidents and injuries

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a high‑end hotel environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and solve problems quickly
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Customer‑oriented with attention to detail
• English fluent is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members
