Santoni is looking for a results-driven Digital Performance Specialist with solid experience in digital marketing and strong data analysis skills. The role will actively contribute to the growth of digital channels, supporting campaign optimization and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Marketing
  • Design, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.
  • Continuously monitor ROI and key conversion KPIs, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • Develop analytical reports and propose corrective actions based on data-driven insights.
  • SEO
  • Define and implement on-site and off-site SEO strategies in collaboration with external agencies and internal teams.
  • Oversee execution and periodic review of the strategy to ensure optimal organic positioning.
  • Support the creation of optimized content in synergy with the editorial team.
  • Coordination and Collaboration
  • Coordinate digital agencies involved in upper and lower funnel marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to define and implement lead generation and nurturing strategies.
  • Analysis and Optimization
  • Monitor and analyze website KPIs using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Search Console, and other analytics tools.
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior data with a cross-channel approach (website, CRM, media, marketplaces).
  • Continuously optimize landing pages and conversion funnels through A / B testing and UX analysis.
  • Social Media
  • Support the implementation of performance campaigns on owned social channels and partner platforms.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in fashion and / or eCommerce environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of advertising tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
  • Strong technical and strategic SEO skills (on-page and off-page).
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI, Search Console, SEMrush or equivalents.
