About The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist / Assistant to join our Digital team, reporting to the Digital Content Manager. The candidate will join the Global Digital Hub Team to assist in implementing and coordinating global and local digital strategies across multiple channels.

Objectives of the role
  • Support global digital marketing team in developing and implementing digital strategies and guidelines, aligning with company objectives.
  • Create, launch and review campaigns across various digital channels, such as email, social media, paid advertising and search engine optimisation.
  • Monitoring of paid campaigns, social media and website performances periodically.
  • Assistance in the creation and review of digital marketing assets such as banners, landing pages and blog posts.
  • Provide training to local digital marketing teams.
  • Coordinate and monitor the correct implementation of all digital content with local digital managers.
  • Work closely with our IT and web team to ensure correct functioning of our website and related applications.
Requirements
  • Advanced English, written and spoken (mandatory)
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience working with different website CMS (WordPress, Drupal, Sitefinity or similar)
  • Hands-on experience implementing Google Ads and Meta campaigns
  • Knowledge and ability to monitor paid campaigns and website performance
  • Experience in creating monthly reports for correct monitoring of results
  • Experience working with / for external agencies
  • Ability to communicate easily with internal and external stakeholders, and choose the correct means of communication
  • Experience in the creation, review and launch of digital assets
  • Passionate about digital media and copywriting. Updated with current digital trends and tools.
  • Copywriting and review of digital content skills such as landing pages and blog posts
  • Experience with e-commerce environments (nice to have)
  • Quick learning abilities
  • Organized and proactive attitude
Qualifications
  • On hand work experience is preferred over bachelor’s degree
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics Academy or similar (nice to have)
  • Master in digital marketing (nice to have)
