MIMIR is a premium luxury Nordic menswear brand based in Milan, merging Nordic minimalism, Nordic mythological symbolism, and premium luxury. With our SS26 collection in final development and a Milan Fashion Week pop-up on the horizon, we are building a brand ecosystem rooted in emotional storytelling, modern craftsmanship, and precise execution.
We are now looking for a Digital Marketing, E-Commerce & Social Media Manager to lead MIMIR’s digital presence and growth. This is a hands‑on role at the intersection of brand and performance - owning social media‑first content strategy, Shopify store, paid media execution, analytics, and the systems that turn attention into conversion. You’ll work closely with the founder to build a coherent digital engine ahead of launch and beyond.
The Role
This is a build‑and‑own role. You will connect brand, content, paid media, influencers, social media and Shopify into one coherent system—then run it with focus and taste. You’ll work directly with the founder (Alexander) in a fast, high‑impact launch phase.
Scope & Responsibilities
1) Social Media & Content
- Own the strategy + day‑to‑day management of social channels
- Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
- Define content pillars, posting cadence, and tone of voice
- Coordinate creation with Alexander and external creatives (photo/video/editing/pr)
- Ensure everything feels premium, intentional, storytelling and consistent
2) Performance Marketing & E‑Commerce (Shopify Growth)
- Own Shopify storefront from a marketing & conversion perspective
- products/collections presentation, inventory visibility, inventory, key pages, basic UX, customer service
- clean path from landing → product → checkout
- Set up and manage Meta Ads Manager (paid + boosted content)
- Build simple, effective funnels: awareness → retargeting → conversion
- Own reporting across Shopify, Meta, GA4 (and basic attribution thinking)
- Translate performance into clear monthly insights + actions
3) Digital Strategy, Email & Influencer Marketing
- Build the marketing roadmap: launch phases, key moments, campaigns, themes
- Set up and improve Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase) + campaigns
- Grow the email list through social + website
- Coordinate influencer/creator collaborations aligned with the brand (seeding + tracking)
- You are not expected to code Shopify themes. For development‑heavy work, we can bring in specialists—your job is to lead the system, keep the engine running, and growth.
Timing & Launch Milestones
- Start date: ASAP, possible beginning of January
- Soft launch (website + social): 8 January 2026
- Main launch + pop‑up event launch: 15 January 2026
- Pop‑up shop sales: 16–21 January 2026
From 5–15 January, priority outcomes:
- Shopify ready: products, inventory display, sign‑up, tracking, basic UX polished, shop, and general take‑over the shopify.
- Social content plan finalized + momentum toward pop‑up
- Meta and Google live with initial campaigns + retargeting
- Klaviyo flows live so we are fully operational by main launch
Requirements
- Strong experience in digital marketing & Shopify for fashion/lifestyle (premium a plus)
- Hands‑on Meta Ads and performance thinking (creative testing + funnel basics)
- Shopify experience (collections, merchandising, basic UX, analytics, inventory)
- Good taste: premium visual judgment + brand‑sensitive copy instincts
- Confident with data: Shopify analytics, Meta reporting, GA4 basics
- Structured, proactive, and calm in fast timelines
Nice to Have
- Klaviyo experience (flows + segmentation)
- Influencer/creator seeding experience (tracking + relationship management)
- Experience launching new brands (0→1)
- Italian language and Milan network
