Job Description:

• You will join the Detailed Engineering team and work on software systems design for our fold and napkin machinery.
• You will collaborate on programming, managing software updates and improvements (PLC, panels, motion control).
• You will support the team on client projects to solve and assist customer requests and needs during all process phases.
• You will prepare reports and documentation about machinery software and work progress.
• You will be involved in machines startups and tests, both in-house and on clients’ site if needed.
• You will apply technical solutions for safety according to regulatory standards.

To succeed in this role you should have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronic/Automation/Computer/Robotics Engineering or similar.
• Interest in working in industrial automation companies in multinational contexts.
• Siemens and Rockwell PLC programming knowledge, LAD, HMI, Safety, drive and axis control are appreciated competencies.
• General knowledge about mechanical and fluidic systems.
• Proficiency in Ms Office.
• Experience with C and Visual Basic is a plus.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Availability to learn and work in team.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Accuracy and precision.
• Willing to travel if needed.
