Job Description

We are seeking a talented mid / senior-level Software / Data Engineer to help modernize and optimize our business processes through innovative software solutions and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop software and applications based on technical requirements utilizing tools such as the Microsoft package Power BI and other relevant technologies.
• Design, develop and maintain existing digital tools to support business operations.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, translating it into functional and technical improvements for current and future tools.
• Manage project lifecycle activities including planning, execution and progress monitoring to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development and data analysis ideally in a mid / senior-level role.
• Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with various functions and stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI) and other relevant software development platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field is preferred.
