A leading motorsports apparel company in Italy is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Purchasing Department. Responsibilities include managing price lists, analyzing procurement activities, and ensuring data accuracy. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel and English. Knowledge of AS400 and QlikView is also required. This position offers an opportunity to work with a top international team.

We currently have an open position in our Purchasing Department for a Data Analyst, who will be responsible for conducting vendor analysis and capacity assessments, monitoring procurement-related activities, managing and updating price lists, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all relevant systems.

Activities
  • Manage price lists;
  • Manage and analyzing procurement activities;
  • Create standard prices and update them when necessary;
  • Vendor;
  • Vendor capacity;
  • Manage shipping plan;
  • Archive data;
  • Update PLM (Form 1 and Form 3)
Qualifications And Requirements
  • Experience 1-3 years in the same role;
  • Problem-solving skills and result-oriented;
  • Proficiency knowledge of Excel;
  • Knowledge of AS400;
  • Knowledge of tools such as qlikview;
  • Excellence level of English.
