The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Excel. This position requires knowledge of AS400 and tools like qlikview, along with excellent English proficiency.

We currently have an open position in our Purchasing Department for a Data Analyst, who will be responsible for conducting vendor analysis and capacity assessments, monitoring procurement-related activities, managing and updating price lists, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all relevant systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage price lists;
• Manage and analyzing procurement activities;
• Create standard prices and update them when necessary;
• Vendor analysis;
• Vendor capacity;
• Manage shipping plan;
• Archive data;
• Update PLM (Form 1 and Form 3)

Qualifications And Requirements

• Experience 1-3 years in the same role;
• Problem-solving skills and result-oriented;
• Proficiency knowledge of Excel;

• Knowledge of tools such as qlikview;
• Excellence level of English.
