What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems that enable smart decision-making across the organization.
• Analyze business performance to spot trends, identify opportunities and support continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Actively seek ways to improve data quality reporting processes and analytical methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to colleagues, stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years experience in a business analyst, data analyst or similar analytical role.
• An enthusiasm for tackling problems and transforming data into meaningful stories.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio or similar).
• Bonus points for basic knowledge of Python or Javascript.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a proactive attitude.
