Your new Role

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems that enable smart decision-making across the organization.
• Analyze business performance to spot trends, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Actively seek ways to improve data quality, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to colleagues, stakeholders, and leadership.

Your Skills

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar analytical role.
• An enthusiasm for tackling problems and transforming data into meaningful stories.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel), SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar).
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
