The Customer Support Team plays a crucial role in representing MAF’s offerwall service, MyChips. In this role, you will manage our customer support chat and social media channels, assisting customers with any questions regarding our offers and serving as a point of contact for occasional errors or issues. As you become familiar with our products and services, you’ll have the opportunity to become an expert in advising and assisting our users. Your mission is to provide exceptional support and leave a lasting positive impression on MyChips users. Within the Customer Support Team there is room for growth: you could evolve into the role of Team Leader, guide fellow support members, or become a Community Manager, actively engaging with our user community to enhance their experience.
