Position

Customer Support Agent (Spanish speaking)

Location

Greece – Athens or Work From Home Anywhere in Greece

Schedule

Monday – Friday, variety of shifts (10:00 – 01:00 depending on shifts)

Contract

Full-time

Remote Option

Yes – Work At Home Available within Greece

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Provide professional and friendly customer support
• Resolve issues efficiently and accurately
• Maintain high customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish (spoken & written)
• Good level of English
• EU passport or valid EU work permit required (sponsorship not provided)
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable internet connection
• Customer support experience is a plus

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: €1,045 net/month
• Monthly performance bonus: €200
• Paid training: 10 days
• Stable schedule: Monday–Friday
• Work‑from‑home option within Greece
