Customer Service Representative (Hybrid – Coatesville Facility)
Type: Full-Time | Location: Coatesville, PA | Parking: Free Onsite

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within a supportive, hybrid workplace.

As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone and email with precision and care. You’ll collaborate across departments to resolve issues, provide accurate quotations, and ensure data integrity within CRM systems. While phone work is minimal (less than 10% of your day), your ability to communicate clearly and professionally—both in writing and in person—is essential.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 0–3 years of customer service experience.
  • A “white glove” approach to service—professional, polished, and proactive.
  • Dependable attendance and strong follow-through.
  • Bonus: Experience in life sciences, biotech/pharma, or military/defense sectors (not required—we’ll train the right candidate!).

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • Hybrid Setup: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (Fridays typically remote).
  • Training: First week (possibly second) fully in-office.
  • Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (40-hour guarantee). Start/end times may vary slightly based on team needs (e.g., 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:30 AM–5:00 PM).
