Your Role:

Connect with customers via phone, chat & email in Italian

Solve problems with empathy, accuracy, and a smile

Keep track of cases in our CRM and follow through until resolution

Work closely with teammates to keep service top-notch

What You Bring:

Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities

Ready to relocate to Portugal

Customer service or hospitality experience is a bonus

EU passport or Portuguese residency card

Whats in It for You:

Temporary Accommodation: Room in a shared apartment (up to 12 months) at 280/month, all utilities included (deducted from payslip)

Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400 (economy class) after 6 months of contract

Initial Hotel Stay: Up to 28 days upon arrival (depending on project needs)

Full-time contract with base salary + performance bonus
