Overview

As a Customer Service Associate in Vimercate, Milan, you’ll be part of a dynamic local Supply Chain team, supporting high-priority customer accounts. We count on you to manage the end-to-end order process while delivering exceptional service and driving operational excellence. So, ready to make it happen?

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Order Management Excellence – Manage the full customer order lifecycle, from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Multi-Channel Order Processing – Handle orders in SAP coming from EDI, Omprompt, and manual entry.
  • Pricing and Adjustments – Execute discount adjustments and reprice orders as needed.
  • Stock Coordination – Conduct stock checks, prioritize allocations, and manage customizations (SKU, quantity, delivery dates).
  • Issue Resolution – Troubleshoot order issues such as dummy EDI entries or truck overcapacity.
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Experience in logistics or customer service, with a strong focus on SAP-based order management.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to navigate SAP modules such as Order to Cash, APO, and Returns.
  • Fluency in English and Italian.
