We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM & Clienteling Specialist to join our HQ.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury and a proven track record of success in a customer-centric environment. As a CRM & Clienteling Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our CRM initiatives, ensuring data accuracy, and providing valuable insights to enhance our customer relationships.
Do you match this profile?
- Previous similar experience of 2-3 years in a luxury environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with PowerBI (or other data visualization tools).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Clienteling Apps is a plus.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What do we expect from you?
- Support the team with migration and optimization of the CRM database and with the adoption of the new tool and reporting systems.
- Oversee the transfer of customer data between Systems during the replatforming process, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and scalability.
- Collaborate in the definition and implementation of dashboards to monitor CRM performance; along with other stakeholders, review and refine KPIs to align with business objectives.
- Assist in analyzing and redefining customer segmentation and key attributes to drive personalization and support targeted campaigns.
- Contribute to the definition and execution of gifting activities to enhance client engagement and loyalty, support in the activation of global / market events from a CRM standpoint.
- Assist in mapping and improving customer journeys to deliver seamless and high-value experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy the Clienteling App across markets and boutiques.
- Markets’ Collaboration and Training : as part of HQ, you will be one of the primary points of reference for all CRM counterparts in different markets. Support in training activities to further enhance CRM culture across the organization.
