Position reports to: Sales Support Manager - Customer Support

Your Role And Responsibilities
  • Managing the end-to-end of customer orders, guaranteeing appropriate solutions for their requests, in coordination with internal/external teams (e.g., ABB product manufacturing, service repair center, planning, supply chain, sales, quotation team, accounting dept., etc.).
  • First point of contact with customers during order execution to ensure the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with internal/external teams (e.g. Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, etc.), always with a proactive approach.
  • Keeping continuous monitoring of all managed orders, during execution phase, since order registration in SAP to payment collection, to identify and manage any possible issue in advance.
  • Monthly focus on proper deployment of backlog with focus on revenues forecast, built with all relevant and updated information.
  • Providing the correct and updated information to the local and global management, tracking the monthly financial performance against the target.
  • Working closely with service team and repair center to guarantee the issue resolution on time.
  • Applying ABB processes to prepare administrative documentations (invoicing, order confirmations, etc.) and engage with other team members in continuous improvement of processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)
  • Degree in Economics or similar fields.
  • Comfortable communicating in English and Italian.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel in particular).
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Team player, highly motivated and proactive.
  • Availability for frequent daily travel to our factory on Como lake.
